HOW TO: Find your username and password for SolusVM

Your username and password for SolusVM and cPanel should have been sent in an e-mail with one of the following subjects: "New Account Information" or "New Server Information". If you cannot find either of these, then you can login to the Client Area and find your login information there.

1. Login to the Client Area (your username is your e-mail address, password reset information).
2. Click on "My Services" under the "Services" tab in the menu.
3. Click on "View Details" for the product you are looking for the login information for.
4. For SolusVM, your original username and password are listed there (if you changed your password you will need to reset it).

For any issues with logging into your account, please open a ticket with our Support department (you must be logged in for assistance with your SolusVM login information).
