HOW TO: Cancel your service

Just follow these simple instructions:

1. Login to the Client Area.


2. Click on "My Services" under the "Services" tab at the top.


3. View your services.


4. Click on down arrow next to the service you wish to cancel and click "Request Cancellation"


5. You will be prompted with a small form to fill out and submit, we ask that you please include a reason for your cancellation to better help us improve our services and choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period.


**Please cancel any Paypal Subscriptions you have created after cancelling your service with us.**
**If you have an unpaid invoice please open a ticket for us to manually cancel it.**
